The EVOQ Group Acquires Red View Ventures, Merges It With SaleSurf Growth to Launch Brightshift Commerce
The EVOQ Group, a strategic collective of independently owned, best-in-class marketing agencies, today announced its acquisition of Red View Ventures, an Amazon specialty agency known for its work driving growth for e-commerce brands on the world's largest marketplace. As part of the transaction, Red View Ventures will be merged with SaleSurf Growth — EVOQ's existing Amazon agency — and the combined operation will be rebranded as Brightshift Commerce. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
